Are all items in stock?

Normally, all our displayed items are in stock. You can see this by looking at the "In Stock" statement under each product.

If we get unusually large orders in a short amount of time our systems may be temporarily out of sync.
If this were the case we will contact you immediately so you can change or cancel your order with no charge.

How do I apply a discount code?

If you have a voucher or promotional code, you may redeem it at checkout before confirming your order.
Enter the code in the field titled "GIFT CARD OR DISCOUNT CODE" and click "APPLY." Remember to enter your code before confirming your order.

Vouchers and promotional codes are only valid for a limited time, and you can only use one code per purchase. All codes are single-use and become invalid after they are redeemed.

How do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel an order, contact our customer support team as soon as possible by emailing us at help@agood.com.

We're really quick at packing your orders which means we can't promise that any changes can be made once you've placed it.
But if we receive the request to cancel your order within 1 hour after placing it, we may have a greater chance at canceling the order.

This also includes changing the delivery option, delivery address, or payment method.

Can I change the shipping address?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to change the shipping address once the order is placed and confirmed, unless you contact us within an hour of placing your purchase. In which case, we may be able to help out!

What's the time of delivery?

Our time of delivery is usually between 2-7 business days, but depending on your location our delivery time can extend to 5-19 business days. We also offer an express solution where delivery is 2 business days worldwide.

You can track your parcel by accessing your account, or by contacting our customer success team via the chat on our site or email at help@agood.com.
Keep in mind it may take up to 48 hours to trace a parcel after it has left our warehouse.

What if I receive a damaged product?

On rare occasion, transporters fail to keep your package safe.

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items, but to be able to help please:
1. Save your package and box
2. Take at least five photos of the waybill, the envelope/box, inside the box, and the damaged goods.
3. Send that along with your order number to help@agood.com and we will be right on it!

If we don't receive these pictures we cannot help you with your claim.

How do I refill my pen?

Just follow these 4 simple steps:
1. Open the bottom of the pen by screwing it
2. Take out the old ink barrel
3. Insert the new one
4. Close the pen with the grass barrel

And you're all done!

Are your products vegan-friendly?

All our products are vegan safe, and none contain any animals.
Most of our products are Vegan Certified by the Vegan Society.

Do you products contain anything harmful?

No, we're committed to never use harmful industrial chemicals in our production, such as acidic bleach or Bisphenol A plastics.

How do I recycle my product?

Here are your three options to recycle your Stone Paper Notebooks or shipping material:
1. Place it in a waste-to-energy bin. We detail the environmental footprint of each of our products, and because of that we only use recycled materials. You can with good conscious close the loop of the raw material and let it become energy.
2. Place it in the plastic bin. Same logic as number one, different bin!
3. Let it degrade in nature. Stone paper is not biodegradable, for that you need bacterias which our product doesn't contain. However, if you place it in nature, the sun and wind will gradually break it down and the Stone Paper goes back to powder!
When it fully degrades there are no micro-plastics.

Your two options to recycle your Natural Pen:
1. Place it in a waste-to-energy bin. We detail the environmental footprint of each of our products, and because of that we only use recycled materials. You can with good conscious close the loop of the raw material and let it become energy.
2. Place it in the plastic bin. Same logic as number one, different bin!
And please remember, it's better to buy a refill.

You have one good option to recycle your Glue Stick:
1. Place it in the plastic bin. We only use recycled plastic and ensure to loop it back into the system.

Here are your two options to recycle our Allround Paint:
1. Place it in the waste-to-energy bin. We only use sugarcane bottle and ensure to loop it back into the system.
2. Let it biodegrade.

Your two good options to recycle your Bamboo Toothbrush, Cutlery set, Bamboo Straw, and other bamboo products:
1. Place it in the waste-to-energy bin. We only use natural bamboo.
2. Let it biodegrade.

Here are your two options to recycle your A Good Clay package:
1. Place the cover in the plastic-bin.
2. Place it in aluminum recycling.

You have two options to recycle your A Good Wheat Straw:
1. Let it biodegrade in nature.
2. Place it in the waste-to-energy bin.

Your five good options to recycle your A Good Mobile Case:
1. Use A Good Loop.
2. Let it biodegrade in nature.
3. Put it in a home compost.
4. Put in an industrial compost.
5. Place it with trash for burn-to-energy
